1. Damage charges:
If a customer rents an item from eventzfly.com and it gets damaged during your event, you are responsible for paying the charges to repair or replace the item. This is a common practise in rental agreements, and you are expected to return the item in the same condition as it was when you received it.
2. All materials provided on rental are:
The materials provided in the package are all on a rental basis, except for the balloons and fresh flowers.
3. Prices mentioned for flower décor:
Prices listed on our website for flower decorations apply to artificial flowers. For real flower decorations, prices may fluctuate based on market conditions, which will cost extra.
4. Change of event date:
The customer can change the date of the event based on slot availability. However, it’s important to note that the availability of the slot may be limited, so it’s best to communicate with the Eventzfly.com customer support team as early as possible to discuss the options.
5. Customization Accuracy:
It’s important to note that accuracy in decorations largely depends on the quality and other major factors. If the reference image or images provided by the customer are from Google, it may not be possible to achieve 100% accuracy because getting the same quality of materials in India is not possible according to the current market. In such cases, the customer can expect an accuracy of 70% to 80% in the decorations.
6. Disclaimer:
The images shown on eventzfly.com may not exactly match the actual product or service due to various factors such as lighting, location, photography equipment used, and venue measurements. It’s meant to set realistic expectations and avoid potential disappointment or confusion.
7. Incorrect Address:
If a customer provides an incorrect address by mistake and, as a result, the delivery of the decoration is unsuccessful, eventzfly.com will charge extra depending on the distance travelled, and it will also not be responsible if the decoration crew reaches the venue late. It is important for the customer to carefully review and confirm the venue address before placing an order to avoid any additional charges.
8. Balance payment clearance:
Customers must clear the balance payment prior to the start of the event if they have selected the Cash on Delivery (COD) option, but bank cheques, online transactions, and NEFT transactions will not be accepted at the time of delivery.
9. Balance payment by cash only:
Customer must pay the balance in CASH only; this rule is in place to avoid issues such as transaction failures, technical glitches, or other errors when making payments.
10. Color disclaimer:
Please note that due to market demand or the non-availability of the same materials in the market, we might not be able to provide the same color, but in such cases we try to get the closest colour available.
11. Natural calamities:
This statement means that eventzfly.com is not responsible for any delay that the decorator might experience on the way to the event venue due to unusual traffic, rain, or other natural calamities.
