Is my order confirmed after I make the payment?

It's 90% confirmed, but we need to verify the availability of the specific service. This process will take approximately 6-12 hours from the time you book the service, depending on the order queue. If the service is not available, we will initiate a full refund immediately.

If I choose to pay a partial payment, when should I pay the remaining balance?

EventzFly offers a partial payment option for all services on www.eventzfly.com. If you select this option, the remaining balance must be paid on the day of the event before our team starts the service. Payments can be made via apps like Google Pay, PhonePe, PayTM, UPI, or in cash (please note, NEFT and RTGS transactions are not accepted)

Can I reschedule the booking?

Yes, you can change the service date. However, please check with the EventzFly team for slot availability before making changes. Note that rescheduling is not possible if the service is scheduled to start within the next 24 hours.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, cancellations are possible depending on the timing of your booking, as outlined below:

More than 48 hours before the party: 90% refund
48 to 24 hours before the party: 50% refund
12 to 24 hours before the party: 30% refund
Less than 12 hours before the party: No refund
