FREE transportation applies for the customer who book services within a 10 km radius from the Indiranagar in Bangalore, However, for locations beyond this radius, a nominal fee of Rs. 50 per kilometer is applied. This policy ensures accessibility and convenience for customers while allowing for fair pricing based on distance.
1. Kindly ensure that the balance payment is settled before the event date to avoid any inconvenience. Your prompt payment is appreciated and helps us ensure a seamless experience for your event.
2. We regret to inform you that NEFT, RTGS, Cheques, and PDC (Post datedcheques) cannot be accepted as payment on the day of the event. Only immediate payment modes such as IMPS, UPI, and others are accepted for same-day transactions.
3. Customers must ensure all required permissions from the venue management are obtained ahead of the event.
4. Please ensure rental items are returned in their original condition, as clients are responsible for any missing or damaged items incurred during use.
5. Eventzfly.com provides a commitment to accuracy ranging from 80% to 90% in decorations featured on the website, taking into account factors such as lighting, venue specifications, sizes, timing, and overall ambiance.
6. Please note that additional inclusions will result in extra charges for customers.
7. Customers should be aware that any extra inclusions will be accompanied by additional charges.
8. Free transportation is offered for bookings within a 10 km radius from the Indiranagar area in Bangalore. Beyond this limit, a charge of Rs. 50 per kilometer applies.
9. Eventzfly.com bears no responsibility for delays in service delivery caused by natural calamities.
10. The decoration setup can be utilized for a maximum of 6 hours from completion. Any additional hours required will incur charges based on the package price, ensuring flexibility and convenience for your event.
11. If the customer customizes any decor based on Google or Pinterest downloaded images, the accuracy is guaranteed to range from 60% to 80%, considering the quality and materials available in the Indian market.
12. Quantity and quality may fluctuate by 5% to 20% due to rare market price increases, a circumstance that occurs only 1% of the time.
13. Orders are considered confirmed only upon receipt of an official email from Eventzfly following the advance payment.
14. A consistent power supply is essential for timely service completion; Eventzfly is not responsible for delays caused by power interruptions.
15. Customers may change the service time slot based on availability for weekday orders. However, changing slots for weekend orders is highly unlikely, as our team is typically fully occupied.
16. If any issues occur during the service slot, customers are encouraged to report them immediately within the same time slot. This enables us to promptly track and resolve the issue.
17. Entertainers or artists are allowed a maximum wait time of 15 minutes to commence the service as per the customer-selected time slot. The service duration will be strictly adhered to, as delays may affect subsequent bookings. Any request for an extension beyond the allotted time will be subject to availability and additional charges, based on the artist's or entertainer's next scheduled bookings.
18. We kindly request all our customers to refrain from making payments directly to the service provider's personal account. Please ensure all payments are made exclusively to Eventzfly.com.
Cancellation after 24 hours of booking:
If a customer cancels their booking for any reason after the order is confirmed but within 24 hours of booking the slot, they will receive a 70% refund of the total amount paid.
Cancellation before 5 days:
If a customer cancels their order less than 5 days before the event date, they will only receive 50% of the total amount paid as a refund.
Cancellation before 3 days:
If a customer cancels their order before 3 days of the event, they will only receive a 30% refund of the total amount they paid.
Cancellation before 2 days:
No refund; customers will not get any refunds, but they get a 15% extra discount on future booking.
Cancellation before 24 Hours:
No refund; customers will not get any refunds, but they get a 15% extra discount on future booking.
What if Eventzfly.com unable to provide service?
Due to any controllable reasons if the "EventzFly" team unable to provide the service for the slot booked, customer will receive 100% full refund + 10% Extra as a compensation within 24 hours.
REFUND PROCESS:
We understand that sometimes plans change, and it may not be possible for you to host the event you have planned for. In such cases our refund policy is designed to accommodate such situations.
Refund Requests: To request a refund, please send an email to “accounts@eventzfly.com with the subject “Refund Request” and your name, event date, and reason for requesting a refund.
Timeframe for Refunds: Refund requests will be approved within 24 hours from the time the email is received, and at most within 48 hours after the verification, the customer will receive the refund amount.
Changes to Refund Policy: This refund policy is subject to change without notice. Any changes to this policy will be posted on our website.
